Our Shipping Promise 🌍

We want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and with no surprises at checkout. Here’s how we make shipping simple:

  • 📦 Fast dispatch – we ship orders within 2 business days so you can enjoy your sunscreen sooner.

  • No hidden fees – EU orders under €150 are shipped duty paid via the IOSS scheme, and US orders are sent duty paid too (as of 28th August 2025).

  • 🇪🇸 Extra care for Spain – we use a dedicated courier to avoid customs delays, so your order gets through smoothly.

  • 📮 Trusted couriers – most parcels are shipped with Royal Mail, with reliable international partners handling overseas deliveries.

  • 🔍 Track your order – you’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Our goal is to deliver your order safely, on time, and without the hassle of unexpected charges.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic (UK Orders)

  • Standard Delivery under £50 (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £4.99  

  • Standard Delivery over £50 (Royal Mail Tracked 48): FREE 

  • Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £6.99

European Union Orders

  • We ship to all EU member states.

  • For orders under €150, we operate under the IOSS scheme. This means VAT is collected at checkout and orders are shipped duty paid, so you should not incur additional import fees.

  • Orders above €150 may be subject to local duties/taxes payable upon delivery.

  • Services and charges can be seen in your basket.

Special Note for Spain
Due to frequent customs issues, we use a dedicated courier service for deliveries to Spain.

  • Tracked shipping charge: €20 (up to 5kg).

United States Orders

  • As of 28th August 2025, we ship to the US duty paid, meaning you will not have to pay additional import taxes or fees.

Rest of World Orders

  • We ship to most countries worldwide.

  • Please note: local customs duties/taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Couriers Used

  • Royal Mail is our primary courier for most UK and international orders.

  • DHL eCommerce is used for all orders shipped to Spain.

  • For larger shipments or certain destinations, we may also use other couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order unless otherwise stated (see EU orders under €150 and US orders shipped duty paid).

  • Any fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, courier issues, or factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking availability may vary depending on the destination and shipping method.

Missing or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@rokaisunscreen.com within 7 working days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
